The process

Assess

We’ll start off with a live virtual session where I’ll ask you to perform a variety of basic exercises (if a live session is not possible, simply upload a video of yourself based on the list of exercises I’ll share).

This will allow me to evaluate your abilities and create a customized workout plan tailored to your goals. I’ll analyze your form and technique to make sure you’re able to perform subsequent exercises on your own correctly and safely.

Train

You’ll receive a customized workout plan on your TrueCoach portal, which will include a demo of each exercise along with the reps and weights required. Record yourself performing one set of each exercise and upload the videos to the app (up to 10 minutes of recording), along with any questions you may have.

Receive feedback

After you’ve completed your workout, it’s time to receive feedback on your form and technique. Each week, I will review your uploads and send you a video with comments on your performance, highlighting areas where you excelled and areas where you can improve. This feedback will help you to continue to progress and achieve your fitness goals.
